Born in France, Patrick Vuaillat has been in the pastry trade for 36 years. He has worked in this industry in many countries including Japan, Korea, New Caledonia, USA and Australia. Before owning his own successful patisserie business for 16 years, Patrick had worked in 5 Star hotels and restaurants, cake shops and a wholesale factory.
As well as the training courses available at Sweet Artist Academy we can offer for the patisserie trade a high
level of consultancy services. With his extensive background and experience Patrick can help you in areas such as:
