Element performance criteria:

  1. Make and bake a three stacked white mud cake from scratch.
  2. preparing the sugar for bubbled sugar and blown sugar.
  3. Make the royal icing  cream to cover the cake.
  4. Make toffee bubbles to wrap around the cake.
  5. Coloring your cake using an air brush. and gold dust.
  6. Blow sugar to obtain ball.
