I loved the In Vogue Cake class. Patrick was fantastic, so helpful and professional. I loved hearing about his background as a pastry chef and also reading one of his books! The day was so well organised and Patrick was great as always checking in on me and where I was up to. The recipes and techniques I learned were wonderful. Recipe book and apron will be provided at the beginning of the course, for students to keep.
