- Making and masking a semi naked caramel mud cake
- Making a red velvet sponge
- Making a caramel mud cake
- making a butter cream icing
- Making a cheese frosting
- Making chocolate decorations
Like all our classes, it will be a busy day, but all hands on and no one to share the task, only yourself and the help of the lecturer when needed. You will finally get the proper technique to be able to recreate those cakes confidently at home.

Students will take home all their products.
Recipe book and apron will be provided at the beginning of the course, for students to keep.
Prerequisites: No prerequisite for this course – open to public and trade.
