In Vogue Assorted Cakes is a busy but rewarding training with all the latest recipes and techniques.
What you will make and learn in this course:
- The latest French version of the lemon meringue with a marshmallow topping. Comprised of shortbread, lemon curd new way, meringue marshmallow topping (Latest French trend).
- Gateau gourmand. Comprised of Pistachio pain de Gene (Genoa Biscuit), Creme Brulee filling, chocolate mousse coated with chocolate glaze and topped with chocolate curls.
- Picnic cake- raspberry and basil marble cake, topped with lemon ganache and macaron.

Students will take home all their products.
Recipe book and apron will be provided at the beginning of the course, for students to keep.
Prerequisites: No prerequisite for this course – open to public and trade.
