  • Making different Macarons using French meringue (Chocolate and plain)
  • Piping techniques
  • Making different fillings: ganache, butter cream, salted caramel.
  • Explain problems that can be encountered during the making and baking of macarons and find solutions.
  • At the end of the day you will have made around 90 + Macarons, with different fillings and you will be confident2b40eb668da933955cceb9a98f4602af_f61 mac 1IMG_2921mac6DSC01646 to remake them at home.

Recipe book and apron will be provided at the beginning of the course, for students to keep.
