  • Make a light chocolate fudge.
  • Make a unique passion fruits & coconut marshmallow.
  • The solutions to problems that can be encountered during the making of all these treats.At the end of the day you will have made around 80 treats to spoil your family.

Students will take home all their products.

Recipes book and apron will be provided at the beginning of the course, for students to keep.

Prerequisites: Strictly 18 and over, due to the danger associated with caramel and toffee making.
